Fluidé Bulk Order Payment Policy
At Fluidé, we value our wholesale clients and strive to offer flexible payment structures for bulk purchases. Please find our payment policy outlined below: -
- Payment Structure for Bulk Orders
- Clients who are unable to make full payment upfront can initiate their order with a 70% deposit.
- The remaining 30% balance must be paid upon completion of production before the order is released for pickup or delivery.
- Order Holding & Pricing Policy
- Orders that remain uncollected beyond three (3) months after production will be treated as a new order.
- If there are any price adjustments within this period, the client will be required to pay the updated price difference before the order is released.
- Refund & Exchange Policy
- Refunds or product swaps are not allowed for unclaimed orders beyond three (3) months.
