RETURN POLICY

What is our Return Policy?

For other Return Reasons:

  • Items can be returned within 15 days of receipt of your shipment, Please allow 2 to 5 Business days for the next steps on your return request.
  • Items’ Condition: Items must be in original condition, unwashed, not-used, and must be in original packaging and in sell-able condition.
  • Pictures must be provided of product in original pack.
  • Once your return request is approved, we will send you a Return Shipping courier by Email. You can either use the courier provided by us or use your own shipping method to send us the item(s).
  • If the returned items are found damaged or defective, the Item will be sent back to you at a delivery cost.

Note: at Fluidé Homes, we strive for 100% customer satisfaction, and at the website we provide best quality pictures and product detail, however colors may from one computer screen to another and thus, does no come under manufacturer defect catgory, so will be considered as dislike/ did not meet the expectations case.

Decline Request: Any request outside allowed time priod will not be accepted by the system. Items which are bough as clearance, finale sale, open box are not eligible to apply for return.

Due to resons, our emails can end up into junk or spam folders, so please look out for any emails in thise folders. If you don’t get a reply from us with 1-2 business days, please call us at: +2347062416170.

How to return?

  • To initiate a return, contact us here or  services@fluidehomes.com. Please make sure to include your order number, condition and pictures of your items, and reason for return. Please include your order number and allow 2 to 5 Business days for the next steps on your return request.
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.
  • Please note that you will be issued a return shipping label that is valid for 7 days before it is voided. See below for more details.

How soon will I get my exchange?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your request for exchange..

If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed, and delivery will be processed. Depending on the reason for the exchange, you may be asked to pay for the delivery of the exchanged item.

What items are returnable?

  • If you receive a wrong item please contact us here within 7 days of your delivery date and provide us with the order number.
  • You will receive a prepaid label via email so you may return the incorrect item. Please print the shipping label, attach it to your package and drop it off to the respective shipping carrier. Once the item is received, we will ship you the correct item.

I received the wrong item

Returns received in any of the following conditions may be rejected

  • Items not in original condition, missing accessories, or showing obvious misuse not due to Fluidé Homes error.
  • Physical user damage or error.

  • You will be charged return shipping cost and a 5% handling fee on the returned products, unless the product is defective (See partial refunds above).
  • You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping, unless you have received the wrong item. Please provide pictures so we may accommodate and process your return request promptly.
  • Moreover, if the returned items are found damaged or defective, a 5% of the product will be charged from the cost of the exchanged item.

Please Note:

  • ONLY in the event of a manufacturer defect, we will replace your item within 15 days of your delivery in the original packaging of any products that were unused, unwashed and in a re-sale condition. *Colors of bedding appear differently on every screen. Difference in color is NOT a manufacturer defect and is subject to a deduction of return shipping cost and 5% handling fee from the exchanged item*.
  • We do not accept returns on used, washed or products not in re-sale condition, or on any final-sale/Clearance items.
  • No returns after 15 days of your delivery date. We cannot accept returns on items damaged through normal wear and tear or discoloration due to bleach and cannot claim responsibility for damage caused by washing machines, irons, steamers or dry cleaners.
  • Please repack all Fluidé Homes products in the original package they were received in.
