What is our Refund/Return Policy?

Fluidé Homes Return & Exchange Policy

At Fluidé Homes, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations. Kindly review the following guidelines for returns and exchanges:

Return Eligibility

  • Return Window: Items may be returned within 15 days of receiving your order.

     

  • Condition: Items must be in original condition, unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging. Items must also be in re-sellable condition with all accessories included.

     

  • Photographic Evidence: Clear photos of the item(s) in their original packaging are required for your return request to be processed.

     

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at services@fluidehomes.com  with your order number, a brief description, images of the item(s), and the reason for return.

     

  2. Once approved, we will email you a return shipping label, valid for 7 days.

     

  3. You may choose to use our courier or your preferred shipping method.

     

  4. Please allow 2–5 business days to receive next steps on your return request.

Exchanges & Refunds

  • Refunds will only be processed if no suitable replacement is available for an exchange.

     

  • Upon receipt and inspection of your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or refund request.

     

  • If approved, your replacement item will be dispatched promptly.

     

  • Depending on the reason for return, you may be required to cover the cost of delivery for the exchanged item.

     

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Items not in original packaging or condition.

     

  • Items missing parts or showing signs of misuse.

     

  • Damage resulting from customer handling, improper storage, or use not due to a Fluidé Homes error.

     

  • Washed or used items.

     

  • Final Sale, Clearance, or Open Box items.

     

  • Requests made after 15 days from delivery date.

     

Charges & Deductions

  • A 5% handling fee will apply to returned products, unless the item is defective.

     

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless you received an incorrect item.

     

  • If items are returned damaged or defective (not due to our fault), a 5% fee will be deducted from the value of the replacement item or refund.

     

  • Color discrepancies due to screen variation do not qualify as defects and will be treated as “did not meet expectations” cases subject to shipping and handling deductions.

Unclaimed Orders:

For clients who have purchased products but choose not to pick them up due to personal reasons (e.g., not ready to use), storage will be complimentary for the first 3 months. After this period, a monthly storage fee will apply, and Fluidé reserves the right to apply additional handling or restocking charges if the item remains unclaimed beyond a reasonable timeframe.

Clients who make a purchase but do not pick up their order are only eligible for a product swap if the new item is of equal value. If there is a price change while the product remains in our custody, the client will be required to pay the price difference.

Clients who make a part payment but fail to complete the balance within three (3) months will be required to pay the updated price if there has been a price review on the selected product.

Unclaimed payments will remain valid in the company’s account for a period of two (2) years. After this period, Fluidé will no longer be held liable for the funds, and the client forfeits any claim to the payment.

 

Manufacturer Defects

If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect:

  • Contact us within 15 days of delivery.

     

  • Return the product in its original, unused condition and packaging.

     

  • We will cover the return shipping and issue a free replacement.

     

Incorrect Items

If you received the wrong item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide your order number and product images.

     

  • We will issue a prepaid return label and ship you the correct item upon receipt of the returned product.

Additional Notes

  • ONLY in the event of a manufacturer defect, we will replace your item within 15 days of your delivery in the original packaging of any products that were unused, unwashed and in a re-sale condition. Colors of bedding appear differently on every screen. Difference in color is NOT a manufacturer defect and is subject to a deduction of return shipping cost and 5% handling fee from the exchanged item.
  • We do not accept returns on used, washed or products not in re-sale condition, or on any final-sale/Clearance items.
  • No returns after 15 days of your delivery date. We cannot accept returns on items damaged through normal wear and tear or discoloration due to bleach and cannot claim responsibility for damage caused by washing machines, irons, steamers or dry cleaners.
  • Please repack all Fluidé Homes products in the original package they were received in.

Delivery Policy– From Our Shelves to Your Space

  • All orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

  • Bulk orders:

    • Within Nigeria – delivery within 7–10 business days (depending on production location).

    • Outside Nigeria – delivery within up to 3 months.

  • We offer both local and international shipping services.

  • Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

  • Please note that we are not responsible for courier or third-party delays beyond our control.
